Our recent study published in Molecular Therapy demonstrates that a defined combination of 15 microRNAs reproduces the anti-tumoral activity of NFAT3-regulated extracellular vesicles.
This work establishes EV-inspired combinatorial RNA therapeutics as a new strategy to target multiple cancer-driving pathways simultaneously.
